Always Forward...

I have been holed up for six months making almost entirely new work. Why would you do this to yourself you may ask?! 

This summer I'm embarking on another wholesale show. This is my first one in five years and it has been busy ever since. I had been putting off another show due to time constraints and not really wanting to churn out the same work. Then I realized I just did not want to keep making those things. The wedding line is shelved while I hunt for production methods to be more hands off with it. The other dinnerware collections were lovely but stood alone. I sat down in January and starting to make the objects I wanted to make and the result are five new dinnerware collections and an expansion on the ever popular Luna Collection. They all work together or separate. Everything is mixable and matchable (is that word? autocorrect says yes!)

I'm finally at a place where I can share everything with all of you. My favorite is the interpretation of my work through other peoples eyes. For example the photo below. Leave it to talented stylists and photographers to give your work a context that is outside of your mindset. This is one of my favorite images from the last shoot and probably one of the simplest.
