Behold. A recipe where you can actually just read the recipe and not a novella beforehand. Here is my pizza dough recipe using 00 flour and garlic confit. Both the dough and confit are amazing for a variety of recipes. PS if using the Ooni I get 2 pizzas from this dough. I made this one a thicker crust in the oven. Enjoy!
